How To Perform
- 1 Sit on a bench with back support, holding two dumbbells at upper-chest level with palms facing you.
- 2 As you press the dumbbells overhead, rotate your hands so that your palms face forward at the top.
- 3 Continue pressing until your arms are fully extended overhead.
- 4 Reverse the movement, rotating your palms back toward you as you lower the dumbbells to the starting position.
