How To Perform

  1. 1 Sit on a bench with back support, holding two dumbbells at upper-chest level with palms facing you.
  2. 2 As you press the dumbbells overhead, rotate your hands so that your palms face forward at the top.
  3. 3 Continue pressing until your arms are fully extended overhead.
  4. 4 Reverse the movement, rotating your palms back toward you as you lower the dumbbells to the starting position.
