How To Perform

  1. 1 Stand upright holding a barbell with an overhand grip at arm's length in front of you.
  2. 2 Elevate your shoulders as high as possible by shrugging straight up.
  3. 3 Hold the contraction at the top for a moment.
  4. 4 Lower the bar back to the starting position slowly.
