Cable Pull-Through

How To Perform

  1. 1 Attach a rope handle to the low pulley of a cable machine.
  2. 2 Face away from the machine, straddling the cable, and grab the rope between your legs.
  3. 3 Walk forward a few steps and stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  4. 4 Hinge at the hips, pushing them back while keeping a slight bend in the knees.
  5. 5 Drive your hips forward to stand up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
