How To Perform

  1. 1 Attach a rope to a low pulley. Stand facing the machine and grab the rope with a neutral grip.
  2. 2 Keeping your elbows at your sides, curl the rope upward.
  3. 3 At the top, spread the rope ends apart slightly for a stronger contraction.
  4. 4 Lower the weight back down with control.
