How To Perform
- 1 Set a cable machine with a handle at the highest position. Stand sideways to the machine.
- 2 Grab the handle with both hands, arms extended above the shoulder closest to the machine.
- 3 Pull the handle diagonally across your body toward the opposite hip, rotating your torso.
- 4 Slowly return to the starting position. Complete all reps then switch sides.
