How To Perform
- 1 Set an incline bench to about 30-45 degrees.
- 2 Lie face down on the bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging straight down.
- 3 Row the dumbbells up toward your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 4 Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position under control.
