How To Perform

  1. 1 Set an incline bench to about 30-45 degrees.
  2. 2 Lie face down on the bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging straight down.
  3. 3 Row the dumbbells up toward your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. 4 Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position under control.
