How To Perform

  1. 1 Lie on your back with arms extended toward the ceiling and knees bent at 90 degrees above your hips.
  2. 2 Press your lower back into the floor.
  3. 3 Slowly extend one arm behind your head while simultaneously extending the opposite leg.
  4. 4 Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
