How To Perform

  1. 1 Place your hands on elevated surfaces such as dumbbells or push-up handles.
  2. 2 Assume a standard push-up position with your body in a straight line.
  3. 3 Lower your chest below the level of your hands for a deeper stretch.
  4. 4 Push back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
