How To Perform

  1. 1 Get into push-up position and place your hands close together so your thumbs and index fingers form a diamond shape.
  2. 2 Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. 3 Lower your chest toward your hands, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  4. 4 Push back up to the starting position by extending your arms.
