How To Perform
- 1 Get into push-up position and place your hands close together so your thumbs and index fingers form a diamond shape.
- 2 Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- 3 Lower your chest toward your hands, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- 4 Push back up to the starting position by extending your arms.
