Goblet Squat

How To Perform
- 1 Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell at chest height with both hands, close to your body.
- 2 Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width, toes pointed slightly outward.
- 3 Squat down by pushing your hips back and bending your knees, keeping your chest up.
- 4 Lower until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
- 5 Drive through your heels to stand back up.
