How To Perform
- 1 Lie on a flat bench and unrack a barbell with a close grip.
- 2 Lower the bar by bending your elbows, bringing it toward your chin or upper chest area.
- 3 The movement is a hybrid between a close-grip bench press and skull crusher.
- 4 Press the bar back up by extending your elbows, focusing on tricep contraction.
