How To Perform

  1. 1 Set up in the glute kickback machine with your chest against the pad.
  2. 2 Place one foot on the platform behind you.
  3. 3 Push the platform back by extending your hip, squeezing your glute at the top.
  4. 4 Slowly return to the starting position.
  5. 5 Complete all reps on one side before switching.
