How To Perform
- 1 Set up in the glute kickback machine with your chest against the pad.
- 2 Place one foot on the platform behind you.
- 3 Push the platform back by extending your hip, squeezing your glute at the top.
- 4 Slowly return to the starting position.
- 5 Complete all reps on one side before switching.
