How To Perform

  1. 1 Stand holding light dumbbells at your sides.
  2. 2 Perform a lateral raise to shoulder height.
  3. 3 From the top of the lateral raise, rotate your arms forward into a front raise position.
  4. 4 Press the dumbbells overhead.
  5. 5 Reverse the entire sequence back to the starting position.
