How To Perform
- 1 Stand holding light dumbbells at your sides.
- 2 Perform a lateral raise to shoulder height.
- 3 From the top of the lateral raise, rotate your arms forward into a front raise position.
- 4 Press the dumbbells overhead.
- 5 Reverse the entire sequence back to the starting position.
