How To Perform
- 1 Place one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or corner.
- 2 Stand perpendicular to the barbell with your nearest foot forward in a staggered stance.
- 3 Hinge at the hips and grasp the end of the barbell with an overhand grip.
- 4 Row the barbell toward your hip, driving your elbow back and squeezing your lat.
- 5 Lower the weight under control and repeat.
