How To Perform

  1. 1 Place one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or corner.
  2. 2 Stand perpendicular to the barbell with your nearest foot forward in a staggered stance.
  3. 3 Hinge at the hips and grasp the end of the barbell with an overhand grip.
  4. 4 Row the barbell toward your hip, driving your elbow back and squeezing your lat.
  5. 5 Lower the weight under control and repeat.
