How To Perform
- 1 Attach a handle to a cable machine at chest height. Stand sideways to the machine.
- 2 Hold the handle at your chest with both hands. Step away to create tension.
- 3 Press the handle straight out in front of you, resisting the rotational pull of the cable.
- 4 Hold for a moment with arms extended, then bring the handle back to your chest.
