How To Perform
- 1 Sit on the machine with your back flat against the pad.
- 2 Place your forearms on the padded levers and position your upper arms parallel to the floor.
- 3 Push the levers together slowly, squeezing your chest at the peak.
- 4 Return slowly to the starting position without letting the weight stack touch.
