How To Perform

  1. 1 Sit on the machine with your back flat against the pad.
  2. 2 Place your forearms on the padded levers and position your upper arms parallel to the floor.
  3. 3 Push the levers together slowly, squeezing your chest at the peak.
  4. 4 Return slowly to the starting position without letting the weight stack touch.
