How To Perform

  1. 1 Set up a barbell on the floor. Stand with feet hip-width apart, barbell over mid-foot.
  2. 2 Hinge at the hips until your torso is parallel to the floor. Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  3. 3 From a dead stop on the floor, explosively row the bar to your lower chest.
  4. 4 Lower the bar back to the floor with control, letting it come to a complete stop before the next rep.
