How To Perform
- 1 Set up in the pendulum squat machine with your back against the pad and shoulders under the shoulder pads.
- 2 Place your feet on the platform at shoulder width.
- 3 Lower yourself by bending your knees, keeping your torso upright against the pad.
- 4 Descend until you reach full depth, then drive up through your feet.
