How To Perform

  1. 1 Hold a weight plate between your palms at chest height with arms extended.
  2. 2 Squeeze the plate hard with both hands to engage the chest.
  3. 3 Press the plate forward until your arms are fully extended.
  4. 4 Slowly return the plate to your chest, maintaining constant squeeze pressure.
