How To Perform
- 1 Sit facing the pec deck machine with your chest against the pad.
- 2 Grasp the handles with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height.
- 3 Pull the handles back in an arc, squeezing your rear delts and upper back.
- 4 Return slowly to the starting position without letting the weight stack rest.
