Reverse Pec Deck

How To Perform

  1. 1 Sit facing the pec deck machine with your chest against the pad.
  2. 2 Grasp the handles with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height.
  3. 3 Pull the handles back in an arc, squeezing your rear delts and upper back.
  4. 4 Return slowly to the starting position without letting the weight stack rest.
