How To Perform
- 1 Lie face down on an elevated bench with a barbell or dumbbells below you.
- 2 Reach down and grip the weight with both hands.
- 3 Row the weight up to the underside of the bench, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 4 Lower the weight back down with control until arms are fully extended.
