How To Perform
- 1 Stand on one foot on the edge of a step or platform, holding onto something for balance.
- 2 Let your heel drop below the level of the step for a full stretch.
- 3 Push through the ball of your foot to raise your heel as high as possible.
- 4 Squeeze the calf at the top, then slowly lower back down.
- 5 Complete all reps on one leg before switching.
