How To Perform

  1. 1 Attach a wide bar to a high pulley. Stand facing the machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 Grab the bar with an overhand grip, arms extended straight in front at shoulder height.
  3. 3 Keeping your arms straight with a slight bend in the elbows, pull the bar down in an arc toward your thighs.
  4. 4 Squeeze your lats at the bottom, then slowly return to the starting position.
