How To Perform
- 1 Position a bar into a landmine or corner. Load an appropriate weight.
- 2 Stand over the bar and grip it with both hands using a close grip handle or interlocked fingers.
- 3 With your knees slightly bent and back straight, hinge at the hips until your torso is roughly 45 degrees.
- 4 Pull the weight to your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top.
- 5 Lower the weight back down with control.
