  1. 1 Stand with your back against a wall and feet about a foot in front of you.
  2. 2 Keeping your heels on the ground, lift your toes and the balls of your feet as high as possible.
  3. 3 Squeeze the front of your shins at the top.
  4. 4 Slowly lower your toes back to the ground.
